You pay the setup fee when you book. Monthly support starts once setup is complete and is billed each month.

No. Monthly support is month to month. Cancel anytime, and everything we set up stays yours.
Are there extra software costs?
Some setups use third-party tools. Any costs are passed through at cost and discussed with you before anything is purchased.
What if I change my mind?
