1. Digital Services & Subscriptions

Because KYON provides access to digital tools and services (including AI detection, monitoring, and reporting tools), refunds are limited once access has been granted.

1.1 Subscriptions (monthly/annual)

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period.

1.2 Free Trials & Promotions

  • If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends.
  • Payments made after a trial converts to a paid plan are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. One-Time Services & Custom Work

For one-time services (e.g., analysis, reports, takedown assistance, or custom work):

  • Once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to an issue on our side, we may, at our discretion, offer:
    • A full or partial refund, or
    • A credit to use for future KYON services.

3. Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate payments or incorrect amount):

  • Contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • If we confirm a billing error, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount or adjust your account accordingly.

4. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing or service issue.

  • Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your KYON account.
  • We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is invalid or fraudulent.
