1. Free Assessment

The 30-minute AI & Security Assessment is free. No payment is collected.

2. Setup Fees (One-Time Services)

• Before any work begins, we confirm the scope of your project in writing.
• If you cancel before work has started, you will receive a full refund of your setup fee.
• Once work has begun, setup fees are generally non-refundable, because they cover time already spent on your project.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to an issue on our side, we will offer, at your choice, a full or partial refund or a credit toward other KYON services.

3. Monthly Support

• Monthly support is billed in advance for each month and can be canceled at any time.
• Cancellation stops future charges. The current month is not refunded, and support continues until the end of that month.
• Anything we set up for you remains yours after cancellation.

4. Third-Party Costs

Costs for third-party software, domains, or hosting that we purchase on your behalf are passed through at cost and are subject to those providers' own refund policies.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. If we confirm an error, we will refund the incorrect amount.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any billing or service issue. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email info@kyonprotect.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name / Business Name]”, and include your name, business name, date of purchase, amount, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
